Welcome to our website! www.sosoking.com is owned and operated by our parent company Alienbust International Inc. The company was established in 1999. The company was originally started in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Later as the company grew and in order to keep the costs and prices as low as possible to benefit both the company and valued customers, we moved our headquarter location to Hong Kong and established another office in Beijing. The company is registered in both cities. Now the company run business transactions all over the world. There is hardly any place in this world where we never shipped our products to. We do our own design, manufacturing and direct sales. The company owns and operates several pearl plants in south east China and have associations with some of the biggest jewelry manufactures in Asia. We have been successfully running auctions on ebay and other auction sites for over 10 years and became one of the biggest sellers in jewelry, findings, crafts and related areas. Our company was also the chosen participant in annual Tucson Gem Show (the largest gemstone and jewelry show in North America in January).

A: All of the pearls are 100% genuine directly from our pearl plant, we do our own growing, drilling, designing and manufacturing to keep the prices as low as possible for all buyers. Our company can issue stamped certification of the pearls upon request, the buyers can also take them to any quality jewelry store or gem & mineral associations for verification.
Q: I really like some of your designs, can I change the length / size? Is there a cost?
A: Since we do most of our own designing, we can certainly customize the length / color / size for you (if in stock), for minor changes we can normally do it for free, for major changes there will be a small fee, please contact us with your thoughts for it and we will give you a quote.
Q: What do I do if the items are not received? Is there a tracking number?
A: All shipments will be registered and insured, contact us for shipping status and we will keep you updated. We also have a full money back policy to ensure buyers are protected 100%
